This Ministry Wasn't Built From a Plan. It Was Built From a Breaking.

The story behind Ekklesia of the Lord — and why it exists.

Where This Started

My story began long before I understood it. A Korean immigrant family carrying generations of unresolved wounds. A grandfather who brought his family to America not seeking opportunity — but escape. Some stories don't stay behind when you cross an ocean.

I grew up inside that inheritance. And I hit bottom.

Addiction. Brokenness. Failure. Not the kind you confess once at an altar and move past — the kind that grinds you down until there is nothing left to perform. That is where the Father found me. Not because I sought Him. Because He came looking.

He did not meet me with comfort. He met me with truth. And He began teaching me — one-on-one, through His Word, through the Spirit — the way a master teaches a student who has no other options. I did not receive this from man. I received it in the dark.

Years of street evangelism followed. Mission work across three continents. Teaching in rooms where people were desperate enough to actually listen. That is the school that shaped this ministry.

The Church Is Full of Believers Who Were Never Made Disciples.

Let me be clear about what this ministry is not.

It is not a Bible study program. It is not a self-improvement system dressed in Kingdom language. It is not a subscription to content.

Here's the truth: the Great Commission was never "go and make church members." It was go and make disciples. There is a process to that. A cost. A formation. Most of the modern church has substituted attendance for formation and called it growth.

The result is a generation of believers who know the vocabulary but have never been forged. Who can quote scripture but cannot stand in warfare. Who call themselves sons and daughters of God but live like spiritual orphans.

That is the crisis. Ekklesia of the Lord exists to address it — directly, without apology.

What Ekklesia of the Lord Is

APOSTOLIC

This ministry is not built around a personality or a program. It is built around the Word, the Spirit, and apostolic order. Teaching here carries authority because it was tested in real warfare, not produced in a classroom.

COVENANT

Discipleship is not a self-help track. It is a covenant journey. Everything taught here is grounded in the New Covenant framework — who you are in Christ, what was transferred at the cross, and what you are called to walk in.

FORMATION

The goal is not information. It is transformation. Believer to Disciple to Warrior is not a content tier — it is a genuine progression of spiritual maturity. It costs something. It is meant to.

One Progression. Built in Order.

The teaching library was not written in one season. Each book came out of a specific phase of formation — what I needed to learn, what I watched others and myself fail to learn, and what the Spirit pressed me to put down in writing.

From Discipleship for Beginners to the Discipleship Examination — the progression is intentional. You do not skip ahead. You build.

You Don't Need More Information. You Need Formation.

The first step is free. There are no excuses left.
